Tickets are nonrefundable and not transferable. They may be exchanged through our box office for another performance of the same production up to 72 hours before the initially purchased performance. An exchange fee of $4.00 per ticket applies, as well as any posted increase in ticket price. Tickets must be presented at time of exchange.

Latecomers are seated at the sole discretion of the House Manager. Performances start promptly. If you are not present at curtain time, your seat assignment may change or we may be unable to seat you immediately.

The theater is wheelchair accessible. Please notify the box office if you require wheelchair seating or any assistance. The McConnell rand Liebowitz theaters are accessible by elevator.

The HVAC system for the Daniel Arts Center provides air conditioning for both theaters, The McConnell Mainstage and the Liebowitz Black Box, is fully up-to-date in terms of filtration and outside air flow, meeting all COVID State and Actor’s Equity Association guidelines.

Although animals are not permitted in the theater, an exception is made for guide and service dogs. If any accommodations are required, please inform the box office 48 hours prior to curtain time.

The Daniel Arts Center has ample, accessible parking, with handicap spaces close to entrance. Please let us know if you need any assistance.
